Ok, first off, obviously I'm going to note that you in no remote way need to lose weight. I understand that you already stated this, but still. It needs to be said.

Secondly, if you're going to do this, you should at least be healthy about it...and what better way to be healthy than to go vegan! During both of the times in my life when I've been vegan, I literally couldn't gain weight. I'm 5'3" as well and, while my personal goal weight is around 102, upon going vegan I would always drop under 100 and couldn't put the weight back on no matter how hard I tried. I was, however, very healthy. So if you're really looking for a surefire way to drop some pounds and develop a healthier diet at the same time, look into veganism. Please also realize that this in no way means eating stupid salads for every meal. There are a million wonderful recipes out there and many restaurants are even starting to cater to the vegan diet [we have 2 fully vegan restaurants and many vegetarian restaurants here in the Dallas area].

Just something to look into! I get asked all the time what I eat because I'm always a very slim girl; this is what I tell them!
